C&G SELECTED FOR ROME MOTORCYCLE FILM FESTIVAL
Caffeine & Gasoline: Evolution of the American Rocker has been selected a finalist in the Moto Tematica – Rome Motorcycle Film Festival in Rome, Italy.
Screening of the finalist works of the RMFF on November 14th and 15th at the Casa del Cinema in Rome (Largo Marcello Mastroianni 1) and the awards ceremony in the following two days (Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th) at the Ragusa-off space (via Tuscolana 179 Tuscolana 179) as part of the Eternal City Motorcycle Custom Show.

Caffeine & Gasoline: Evolution of the American Rocker has been selected by the Albuquerque Film and Music Experience to screen at the iconic Kimo Theater – Friday, September 27th.
The film is to screen on Friday, September 27th at 6:00PM. The 50th anniversary of Easy Rider, the film made famous by Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda will screen immediately after.

Director Steven ‘Fenix’ Maes @grafenix announced the final cut of Caffeine & Gasoline: Evolution of the American Rocker this week, the next stage is submission to film festivals.
“I am incredibly proud of this film and so excited to finally have a completed cut. It’s been a long road and so many people have helped from beginning to end. Looking forward to submitting to film festivals and special screenings across the world to get the story out there and share the incredible history of the Rockers and Cafe Racer Culture.”

One of the most incredible things about making the film Caffeine and Gasoline: Evolution of the American Rocker, beyond spotlighting a subculture most people know very little about - was meeting and becoming friends with some amazing and interesting people from around the world.

On top of all that - I am honored to have been able to work with incredibly talented musicians on the soundtrack for the film. All of the music is original and showcases artists that are friends and family from around the country. I am humbled that these busy and talented artists have given their hard work and creativity to this project - I am forever grateful! This soundtrack will be released as a digital download, and a special edition Vinyl LP once the film is officially released.

My wife (@kristeemaes ) told me that all I do is eat, drink and sleep motorcycles, it's all I think about. That's not true - I also think about fly fishing and music!
It's been over 20 years since I was last in an actual studio recording my original music. There was a time all I could think about was being a 'rock star', but one beautiful wife, two amazing daughters, many grey hairs and an undisclosed amount of weight later and that dream seems like another life.
Thankfully, because of the inspiration of some incredibly talented family and friends and the desire to include awesome original music in my film #CaffeineAndGasoline - I am back in the studio writing and recording the final song for the film...it feels #Amaesing... Thank you @luckymaysmusic and @EricRicoMartinez for loaning your talent.
